We wanted to get the new year started by announcing some updates we have in our office as well as highlighting events that are coming up this year.
Let’s start with some changes. Prospective patients can easily schedule an appointment at any time by using the appointment concierge portal located on our website. All you have to do is fill-out the patient forms online to ensure your initial complimentary consultation runs smoothly. Existing patients should already have access to the patient portal on our website. In the portal, you can easily view photos, schedule appointments, make payments, and redeem patient rewards for some great gift cards!
While we offer online scheduling, we also offer virtual consultations and provide one on one support for those who call to schedule their complimentary consultation. Our treatment coordinator, Kori, is an incredible resource as she and Dr. Knowlton want to ensure you achieve the beautiful smile you want and deserve.
Starting this year, we are introducing an incredible patient reward system where our patients can earn gift cards to some of their favorite restaurants and entertainment. Earn points by keeping teeth fresh and clean, no broken braces, being a rubber band rock star, and supporting us on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Additionally, we are introducing a fun monthly challenge we like to call Friday Night Deliveries. Guess how many items are in our jar each month, and the winner gets an awesome party game and pizza delivery to share with their family or friends. We love to give back to our patients and we hope that you enjoy these promotions!
